Frequently asked questions
Does an upgrade overwrite my original presentation?
No. The agent proposes a plan first, then makes a new copy with "(upgraded)" added after the original name. The original file is kept, and charts are still charts.
My file is in Keynote. Can I upgrade it?
Yes. A Keynote (.key) file is first imported as an editable presentation, then handed to the agent to upgrade. When it's done, you can export it back to Keynote or to PPTX.
Can Free upgrade a whole presentation?
Free upgrades up to 5 slides per run, and also stops when the 400 AI credits you got at sign-up run out. Slides already upgraded are kept. Paid plans upgrade more slides per run; see pricing for each plan's limit.
When do I need to sign up?
Before you upgrade. Once the presentation is saved in your Dock, you upgrade it with the agent, and download or share it.
