Credits are the unit of AI usage in Dock. Generating new slides, upgrading existing slides and AI edits all draw from your credits and are charged at actual AI cost. Exporting and sharing use no credits.
Free gives you 400 credits once at sign-up and never refills them. When your credits run out, generating new slides, upgrading existing slides and AI edits stop. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your first month's credits arrive right away.
Paid credits arrive once a month starting on the day you subscribe. Yearly plans also receive credits monthly, never a full year at once. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month. If you move to a higher plan partway through a billing month, Dock adds the extra credits for the remaining days right away. For example, moving from Plus to Business halfway through a 30-day month adds 2,250 credits.
Free includes 3 exports a month. Downloading a PPTX, PDF or Keynote file counts as 1 export. Downloading the same version again within 24 hours doesn't count again.
No. Exported files have no watermark and no Dock logo on any plan, including Free.

No. Everyone in a workspace is on the same plan, billed per member. People who only view a presentation through a public share link don't need an account and don't count as workspace members.
Yes, on Plus and above. Your agent signs in to Dock through MCP (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP tools) or Dock's command-line tool. When your agent writes content or changes layouts itself, it uses your own AI and no Dock credits. When it asks Dock to generate images or convert an image-only presentation into editable slides, Dock runs the AI and uses Dock credits. Plan limits such as monthly exports still apply.
Yes, on Plus and above. Once you connect your ChatGPT account, AI usage counts toward your own ChatGPT plan.
Each file can be up to 48 MB. Dock converts up to 30 slides at a time from images and scanned PDFs, and up to 100 pages from a PDF with text.
