Manage your team's presentations together in Dock

Teams can subscribe to Business directly. If you need organization billing, SSO or AI credits set by contract, contact sales about Enterprise.

  • Organization billing

Workspaces linked to a company organization are billed to the organization instead of a Free, Plus or Business plan. Usage follows your contract.

  • Member management

Decide who can view and who can edit with workspace members and permissions.

  • SSO

Sign in with a GNTC account. Plan your company SSO setup with sales.

  • Public link policy

Set by workspace admins: "Allowed", "Public view, member editing" or "Off".

Sales explains what the Enterprise plan includes and what it costs, based on your contract.

Control what happens, and see what happened

Admins can look up anything that happened in the workspace, and decide what must not be shared outside it.

  • Audit log

Member permission changes, file moves, deletions and restores, and agent authorizations are all logged. Filter by time, category or member, and export to CSV or JSONL.

  • Public link overview

See every public link in the workspace on one screen, without opening files one by one to check.

  • Links that expire

Public links can stop working after 30, 60, 90 or 365 days, or never expire.

  • Roles and teams

Grant permissions by workspace role and team, instead of setting them person by person.

  • Lock pages and databases

Lock document pages and databases once they're final, so nobody changes them by mistake.

  • Brand kit

Save your company's colors and fonts as a brand kit, and apply it when you make a presentation.

Agents follow the rules too

Let agents help without letting them change things freely

Members connect their own agents with a personal access token. For important changes, you can have the agent send a proposal first, so nothing is written until a person clicks "Adopt". The record shows who adopted it and which agent session it came from.

  • Adopt or reject a proposal for a presentation as a whole
  • If someone already edited the same spot, applying is blocked
  • Agent authorizations are recorded in the audit log too

Frequently asked questions

Can I stop members from creating public links?

Yes. Workspace admins can set the public link policy to "Off". Links that are already out there are all listed in the public link overview.

Can we bring the audit log into our own systems?

You can export it to CSV or JSONL. The export matches the log you see on screen and leaves out sensitive fields such as passwords and tokens.

Can people outside the company edit through a public link?

A presentation's public link is view-only. A page's public link can be opened for editing, limited to workspace members or to people signed in to Dock.

How do members sign in?

With a GNTC account. Plan your company SSO setup with sales.
